The EX-6005HMVS is a powerful USB device server that enables remote access to USB devices via LAN or the Internet. Four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports with a data rate of up to 5 Gbps allow peripheral devices such as measuring instruments, storage devices, dongles or printers to be seamlessly integrated into network infrastructures.

The integrated RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port allows flexible network connection and ensures stable, low-latency communication. Thanks to the implementation of USB-over-TCP sockets, the connected USB devices are presented to the host system as if they were physically connected directly.

For industrial use, the EX-6005HMVS is housed in a robust metal enclosure with a DIN-Rail kit and wall mounting brackets, making it reliable even in harsh environments. All USB signals are protected with 15 kV ESD protection to prevent failures due to overvoltage or electrostatic discharge. Each port also provides a stable 5V power supply to ensure the continuous operation of external USB devices.

Management and configuration are conveniently carried out via a Windows-based GUI or a web-based management interface. In addition, a Windows API interface is available for integration into your own applications, as well as port control functions for granular device control. DIP switches enable individual ports to be activated or deactivated on the hardware side, which is particularly advantageous in security- or resource-related scenarios.
