The USB 2.0 to RS-232 cable with A connector provides a serial RS-232 high performance UART 16C550 output with 9 pin female connector. It supports extended temperatures from -40°C to +85°Celsius. It is designed to add another serial output for PC, small workstation or server via USB 1.1, 2.0 or 3.2 Gen 1 bus. With the easy installation, there is no need to open the computer and the EX-1311-2FT can be installed while the computer is running. With the thumbscrews, the cable can be screwed directly to the serial end device.
