The EX-1311-2IS USB to Serial Cable provides a high performance RS-232 UART 16C550 serial interface with 15KV ESD surge protection and 2.5KV isolation. It is designed to connect serial devices to the USB 1.1 to 3.2 Gen 2 bus of a PC, server or workstation. Easy installation means there is no need to open the computer and the EX-1311-2IS can be installed while the system is running. The knurled screws can be replaced by the two nuts supplied if the cable to be connected has screws.
